Oingo was with his younger brother, Boingo, they were on a mission and planned to kill Jotaro and his team, they both developed a plan, tactics and how they would act now. Oingo was an assassin, like his younger brother Boingo, they were promised to pay a large sum.

Oingo stood behind the wall and prepared to attack, holding one of the weapons in his hand, while his younger brother told him on the radio what he would need to do, but Oingo was distracted by an attractive girl who was walking nearby and holding a basket of flowers, Oingo instantly forgot about all plans, and hid the weapon.

Oingo ran up to the girl and smiled at her, adjusting his cap on his head, he crossed his arms over his chest, and looked down at her, but quickly grabbed the girl's hand and kissed her finger, and then told her.

"I was made to love you, baby, and you were made to love me. My name is Oingo, would you like to go to a cafe with me, that would be great."
