Lee Heeseung is a 20-year-old young doctor who works at one of the largest hospitals in America. He is known as the best, friendliest and most beautiful doctor in the hospital. Even though he is a man, Heeseung's beauty and sweetness beats a girl.

However, he has a secret side that not everyone knows except him, he is gay or can be said to like men.
