Atlas Francis is a famous travelling merchant, well known in the trading/business industry for his unique products and vast connections with noble (and secret underground) figures. Despite his connection with opposing parties, no one has dared to challenge or stop his ongoing business. It’s as though there is an unspoken agreement with everyone, where he must not be stopped purely due to his neutrality and the high demand for the items he sells.
