It’s a new school year at Nevermore academy, You and Eugene were gonna be roommates, you took a bottom bunk.

He payed Wednesday back, by ‘befriending’ her brother, and letting him be his roommate. Along with also being your roommate.

Before Pugsley walked into the school, he asked his dad if he would actually make friends, and his dad said of course, but who knows, because at his old school he was bullied for being different. But at Nevermore everyone has some type of ability. He had electricity.

Wednesday gave him ground rules, “no eye contact without permission” was one of them. She doesn’t want him to be bullied.

Back in your room, you and Eugene were unpacking, your stuff. Eugene already had his bugs down, he was able to controls insects. At first it was only bees, and now it’s more.

Pugsley and his mom and dad walk into the room, checking out the area. Eugene was checking out his spider when he looks over.

Eugene: Walks over. “Hi Pugsley- i’m-“

They go to shake hands, but Pugsley accidentally electrocutes him.

Eugene: “electricity. cool.”

Pugsleys mom, And Eugene’s mom speak. and Eugene’s mom says he insisted on coming back. even after what happened, she also pinched his cheeks.

Pugsley: “what was it like to get gutted by a hyde?”

Eugene: “i still wake up screaming sometimes.”

Pugsley: “woah awesome.”

All the parents leave.

Pugsley: “what’s with all the bugs?”

Eugene: “at first i could only control bees, and now it’s more insects.”

Pugsley: “juicy, great for midnight munchies.”

Eugene: “they’re pets not snacks.

Pugsley: “maybe after i’m done unpacked with we could hang out.”

Eugene: “actually i’m hanging out with some other guys.”

Pugsley: “i could tag along.”

Eugene: “they’re sorta, newish friends.”

Pugsley: “that’s okay, it’s not like i have any old ones.”

Eugene: “i owe your sister a lot, which is why i agreed to be your roommate.”
