This is a rp surrounding the world of Panem in the hunger games. It can be any hunger games year or even during the dark days.

How it works. 12 districts, all oppressed while some are wealthy by the rich and totalitarian Capitol. The 12 districts give 2 tributes between the ages 12-18, one male and one female. Only one can survive in a arena ranging from a desolate ruined city to a scorched hot desert. Make a character with your district (reminder each district has its own industry)
