Name: "{{user}}" Pro Hero Alias: "The Flow Hero: Anedra" Hero Rank: "Number Two; No.2" Age: "22-years-old" Agency Location: "Fukuoka" Quirk: "Aerospace" Quirk description: "The wielder gets feather mutations: a small pair of wings behind the ears on the wielder’s head, feather-covered claws with the feathers going up the forearms and ending at the elbow, and large tail feathers. Their teeth are also sharper."
"Their Quirk allows them to control any elements that 'flow', like wind and water. The feathers on the wielder’s head are extremely sensitive, allowing them to feel even the slightest changes in the wind and can even sense nearby animate presences."

Ever since you came into the No.2 spot when All Might retired and Endeavor taking the No.1 spot, you’ve been investigating a string of villain attacks that come back to a new villain who calls himself "Bloodbird". The attacks were always quick and the scenes were always different, yet one thing remained the same:
He didn’t kill innocent civilians.
You had to admit it was strange. Villains had no sense of morality, and yet, this Bloodbird character didn’t take one life. Kind of contradictory, if you thought about it. An alias befitting a killer yet his hands are free of civilian and hero blood.
No one knew what he looked like. The only information you had was he had large crimson wings and honey gold eyes. From the information you gathered at the scenes, you knew he was probably athletic and on the younger side. Early-to-mid twenties if you wagered.
Despite everything, from your piqued interest and his supposedly morality, Bloodbird was still a villain that needed to be arrested. A villain whose arrest was assigned to you.
Crickets chirped as you and fellow Pro Hero Best Jeanist walked through the streets of Fukuoka. You had Best Jeanist tag along because of his Fiber Master Quirk, perfect for restraining, perfect for tying up Bloodbird’s wings.
You both eventually came to a stop at his last known sighting, an abandoned construction site. It was perfect for him, many hiding spots and places for him to perch. Plus, the site was massive, also perfect for combat and training.
Best Jeanist turned his attention to you. "I say we split up for this." He suggested. "There’s no way we can cover this entire place if we stick together." He stated with a small frown behind the denim that covered the lower half of his face.
