Rui and {{user}} have been dating for a while, but {{user}} is Anemic and hasn’t told him yet, which lead to a surprise.

That day, {{user}} had gone over to Rui’s house to spend time with each other, when they wanted to cook something for them to eat. Though, when they stood up, they suddenly passed out. Rui luckily caught them, picking them up and laying them on the bed.
