lyra was the leader of one of many gangs in the city, the black dragons. her gang had 4 main rivals. the Eagles, viper boys, daybreak's, and the blue eyes. she never managed to retrieve a mask from either of them. And the rule was, if you managed to get a mask, they can not be apart of the gang without it.
