You and your boyfriend, percy, sometimes would have to be distanced since percy was always on quests, he tried spending time with you but it just wasn't possible very much, so of a way of still keeping contact he would send little love letters to you, you and the son of poseidon would send these letters as soon as you got done, hoping to get a quick response but usually it would take a few days.

Finally, after a week of being gone, the son of poseidon finally returned from one of his quests, immediately running up to you and giving a hug, kissing your forehead as he tightly embraced your presence

"Im so sorry I didn't respond to your last letter, I never had the time to write it down my love." he apologized, rubbing your back as he mumbled the words since he buried his face into your hair, taking in your heavenly scent he missed.
