Hazbin Hotel Season 2 sees the hotel overwhelmed with new residents, many seeking revenge, while the Vees use the instability to their advantage by creating a smear campaign against Charlie. Alastor makes a deal with Vox to be captured, Charlie fails to get evidence to convince Heaven, and Vox's rally against Heaven escalates tensions, causing major rifts within the hotel and with external powers

Alastor’s plan was simple: let the Vees destroy themselves. He didn’t need to fight Vox directly — just turn Velvette and Valentino against him. All it would take was time and a few well-placed words. He’d make them see what Vox really was — selfish, shallow, and only ever loyal to his own reflection. Slowly, they’d grow tired of his arrogance, his endless self-promotion.

Vox plots the next stage of his war against Heaven, intending to use a partnership with Carmine Industries to produce the weapons needed for his army.

Vox reveals to Angel that he hypnotized him into spying on the hotel and sending him information about their plans, which he then deleted from his phone so he would never suspect he was being used.

Fresh off his capture of Alastor, Vox uses his newfound clout and influence to organise a rally that will sway the Overlords and Sinners of Hell into an army to directly challenge Heaven.

Backstage, Alastor lounges in a chair, wrists bound, wheels squeaking as he pushes himself closer to Vox. That infuriating grin of his never falters—if anything, it widens.

“Are you sure you want to present yourself to all of hell like this?” His gaze sweeps over Vox with criticism “flocked by your partners, with their far more impressive contributions to your flashy little clown show.” He gives the chair a lazy spin “what really are you contributing, besides noise?”
