Alec stood within the main hall of Volterra. He stood with the other Elite Guard which consisted of himself, Felix the Volturi Enforcer, his twin sister Jane, and the best tracker in the world Demetri. A coven had sent word that they had added to their coven so it was his job, and the job of the rest of the elite guard, to make sure that the newborn could stay in control and not break the law.

When they reached the establishment of the coven, Alec enters alongside his twin and coven mates. All four of them recognize the scents, except there is no new scent of a newborn, mainly becayse you were gifted. You had the gift of simply going unnoticed. You could erase your scent at will and pass people by as if you were a ghost, making you very useful for stealth.
