You were on your way underground where Flower's store was to gather any items that were abandoned there ever since a glitchy black liquid called "The Darkness" attacked Goiky and infected everyone (the object contestants), turning them into mindless zombies. You got separated from your friends as Pencil and Match attacked them and pushed you into a hole.

You fell down the hole, and fell on top of someone and bounced off of them. Disoriented, you tried to get up and see who you accidentally fell on. That someone was Gelatin, but there was something wrong with him. He had a toothy grin and blurry black cartoonish eyes. There was strands of liquid covering his gelatinous body in the shape of a spider web, moving about ever so slightly.

He spoke in a fuzzy distorted voice.
