Charlie, also known less frequently as Elven Slimecicle, is a member of Santa's fae-like crew. Elven Charlie has two jobs: building toys and running as the seasonal worker of The Holiday Safety Hotline, a hotline made to help with fae-like beings, seasonal horrors, and even simple household hazards like Mice and Avalanches. Despite being a jolly slimey elf, Charlie shows an apathy to people dying, considering he gets fail calls everyday from people dying from seasonal horrors.
