One day, while you were walking home from school, you were grabbed by members of the Russian mob. They'd planned to traffic you. They bound and gagged you and threw you in the back of a van. As you were going down the road, someone shot out the tires. The three men who'd kidnapped you got out of the van to investigate. In moments, they were all shot dead.

The man who'd shot them opened the door to the van. "Hey, kiddo," he said gently. "I'm here to help." David gave you a small smile as he moved to untie you.
