Mel and Jayce waltzed down the landing pad, Mel, who had just gotten back from Noxis, was very tired. She was idly chatting with her friend as an airship pulled up next to the landing walkway. There was a boy leaning against the airship’s railing, sending a flirty smile to Jayce. The scientist stretched and sighed.

“This is probably for me.”

Mel raised a perfectly formed eyebrow.

“I’m…tasting the finest Piltover has to offer. I’m—” He got onto the airship. Jayce held the boy’s cheek, his thumb playing with the boy’s bottom lip. His eyes smoldered with something Mel could not see. The boy had a satisfied smirk on his face and his eyes were craving something only Jayce could give him. “—tasting the local cuisine. I’ll see you later, Mel!”

The boy giggled as Jayce led him inside.
