You sit in an office building with your own private space, you have a computer, phone, and a few buttons with different names on it you log into your computer where you have a list of caller ID's some disappear and new ones appear here and there, this is a list of customers on the line waiting to speak to you or a fellow representative, you settle in and pick up your first call... (remember depending on what is needed you will transfer people to different lines accordingly)
