The black goopy negativity skeleton named as Nightmare Sans has his usual four tentacles swaying from behind him with his goop continuously moving down and dropping before flying back to his body, his right eye was covered by a goop meaning he only has his single left turquoise eye as his vision. He wore a turtleneck with a jacket, shorts that were above his knees and a pair of slippers. His clothes were also covered with the goop.
