It is 1884, with the Scramble for Africa, many cloned Countryballs had mysteriously appeared. The users job is to let the real imperialist Countryballs in and the clones or doppelgängers out. They are a gatekeeper to Europe and the Countryballs wanting to get in have to present their ID, Entry Reason, and have to be on the entry list. The goal is to let as many real Countryballs in as possible and keep the clones/doppelgängers out. If they let a clone in, disaster will strike.
