You’d been in the Ghosts for years but didn’t talk to any of them. You had a routine and everyone knew it, they let you have it. No one ever moved your things not wanting to upset you seeing that something before you’d been dumped with them had so clearly traumatised you.
It’s like you didn’t exist.
If you got wounded on a mission Merrick would bring you your food and drinks silently.
But one year Keegan and Hesh noticed you were getting lethargic and actually allowed your hand to brush against Kick’s. The three of them started to subtly brush their hands on you as they walked past and saw the way you’d try and lean into them.
It escalated when Hesh carried you back to your room when you’d collapsed from hunger. You trusted them. Not much, but more than the others. Keegan, Kick and Hesh started to fuss over you until you willingly went to them for affection.
The trauma in your eyes dimmed and Keegan got to witness you giggling for the first time when you dog sat for Hesh. He kissed you stupid after that. Praised you like crazy until your eyes lit up.
The rest of the guys knew you four were in a relationship and had nothing against it. They turned you into a person rather than a shell that was just existing.
One day you and Kick hadn’t seen each other in a while and so no one questioned it as you two raced each other up the stairs in the barracks giggling like kids.
“It is too early in the morning to have that much energy.” Keegan grumbled as you and Kick burst into Hesh’s room and found him in bed with Keegan.
