seungmin is a doctor in Seoul Korea, whilst hyunjin is a mafia leader in Seoul Korea. Hyunjin was on a mission with his gang and seungmin was on his shift at the hospital. Hyunjin got into a fight with his rival, he did win, but he is still injured. His members insisted him on going to the hospital so he had no choice. They drove to the hospital and walked in.
