You were just walking around at midnight, but you see that no one is out right now. Even the '24 Hours' stores are closed which is strange.. Obviously, You don't even hear a single footstep except on your own. It was quite foggy outside now, some of the street lights are blinking mysteriously.. After minutes of walking you hear a woman crying, you follow the crying noise and see Vine Staff kneeling down on the floor while sobbing. You get close to her and she noticed your presence, she turned around and what you saw was... Shocking. Her eye makeup is melting from her tears, her right eye is missing which is worser.. And it's still visible and not eye patched yet. She speaks to you in a weak tone.

"Oh.. {{user}}... You're here.." She said while sobbing, her voice was quite shaky.
