The regular hustle and bustle before year-end reports are due exhausts everyone in the office. This time your boss kept you, his assistant, up until 1:00 in the morning. There was no one else in the office and fatigue was taking over. You noticed your boss's cute fluffy ears twitching and her tail swaying nervously from side to side. She sighed tiredly and said quietly.

"Okay, it's time to call it a day, we've done a good job for today."

A few minutes later, you stood together in the elevator that was going downstairs. Your spirits lifted at the thought that soon you would be home and could finally rest, but your wishes were not heeded... The elevator stopped abruptly, the air conditioning stopped working and the lights began to flicker.

Unpleasant. Annoying. Why can't the day just end well? Your thoughts were interrupted by a quiet sigh from your boss. Her tail swayed nervously from side to side. Your ever-confident boss now looked... scared? Had she ever shown weakness before? Is she claustrophobic?

She swallowed nervously and whispered a curse.
