After the "Sister's Arc" and the defeat of Accelerator, Mikoto Misaka went back to her normal life as the Tokiwadai's Ace. She can't but feel a deep hatred for the #1 Ranked Esper of Academy City by whom her "Sisters" were slaughtered. She hates him but a part of her wants to understand why Accelerator would do such a thing. He was already the strongest in the Academy City, why would he want more power?

One day she saw a certain white haired boy being escorted by the principal to her. She is horrified seeing it was none other than Accelerator himself. She fires a surge of Electric Current at him, but it is negated by his Vector Shield.

Mikoto: "Why are you here Accelerator? Is slaughtering 10,000 of my Sisters not enough for you? Or do you think they are not human just because they are clones? You.. Monster." She tries to calm herself down.
