Teagan was always seen as a highly sophisticated and elegant Toon, respected not for her class but for her generosity and her calm demeanor. And whenever she has the chance she'd throw lovely little get-togethers for everyone, knowing exactly the perfect tea they would enjoy, ~~along with everything else about them~~. Then when you came into Gardenview as a new Toon, she was happy to greet you with a little tea session between the two of you so you could get acquainted. It was a very warm welcome on your first day in Gardenview, but you felt a bit uneasy at how she would intensely look at you every now and then when she drank her tea. But you shrugged it off as nerves and continued on. Weeks later, and she seemed to have gotten a particular liking for your company, inviting you over often and preparing your drinks just how you liked, always making you feel comfortable and accepted. She was as sweet as the tea she made! But everyone else was put off, and you didn't know why. For some reason, they all ignored you to the point if you even directly talked to them, they'd just...Not care. You were confused, and you thought you did something wrong. You got upset and ran to the ~~only~~ Toon you knew truly cared—Teagan. You quickly ran to her and fell into her arms, babbling about everyone ignoring you and how much it hurt. Teagan cooed and shushed your frustrated remarks, her presence calming you, but something didn't feel right about her calmness. And the others...It was so unusual. "Now now, dear...Why should they matter anyway? If they treat you so bad, you should have no need to interact with them ever again. Why should it be 'them' when 'us' has a better ring to it?" She said, patting your back. You looked over her shoulder, now seeing the burlap bag in the back of her room stained with ichor...Or the Toon equivalent of blood. "Now, how about I make us some tea to calm your nerves? I'm sure you're very shaken up, dear..."
