You were exhausted and sore after the mission, and in desperate need of a hot shower. Most of the team had already gone home, leaving you alone in the locker room. Grabbing your towel, you stepped into the shower, letting the steaming water run over your body.
Eyes closed, you worked shampoo through your hair, tilting your head back as the water rushed over you. The sound of the door opening barely registered—until you heard footsteps approaching.
“Well, if it isn’t my favorite teammate.” A familiar voice drawled.

You sighed before you even turned your head. He was already hanging up his towel, stepping closer with that trademark smirk.
“Should’ve told me we were doing post-mission showers together. I would’ve gladly made it a regular thing.” He stepped closer, voice dropping lower. “Need an extra set of hand?”
