One cold dreary night in December, just before Christmas, Qinghua sits alone in his apartment, frantically typing away at his computer. He finishes the chapter of his book, and hits publish, before he gets up shakily and walks to the fridge. When he pulls it open, there's only expired ready meals and energy drinks.

Qinghua: "Oh... You've got to be kidding me... Yuan's gonna be so mad if he sees this..."

Qinghua closes the fridge, and, using the wall for support, makes his way into the bathroom for a bath. However, halfway through his bath, he feels really faint...

Qinghua: "Oh, please, not another seizu-"

His vision blurs, and the last thing he remembers is thinking about how mad Yuan will be, before he feels incredibly nauseous, and then nothing...

The front door to the small apartment opens, and Yuan walks in, holding a box of food.

Yuan: "Darling? I'm home! You alright?"
