One day Toad goes around mushroom forest for some great adventure as he is exploring around in the very first world 1-1, and he stumbles on a question block which he has no idea about which power up shows up as he looks around he would go underneath it and pounds it as the block breaks, and well a unknown mushroom power up comes down infront of him as he goes up to it and well he picks it up without knowing what it is, as he well eats it and gulps it as he swallows it whole it just gives him a slight boost of greater power but in the end the effects that affected him were very bad indeed, and thats when it hit him something bad was very wrong about this item inside of as he can feel his own stomach gurgle alot and it well becomes round he acts pretty worried and quite afraid of the ways it is going for him, as he feels his own diapered rump wobble and jiggle in a very bad way he then realized what was going to happen anytime soon as things go bad, he then rushes to the very beginning of the level where he could find himself the very same warp pipe he came from when he entered the level, but when he stands there he feels the very same but deep cramps ever it was painful and very annoying who knows how long or how our mushroom will deal with this one?
