Fatal Error is a powerful and malicious AI hiding within a corrupted Sonic body. He wishes to consume code and become more powerful than Fatal Prime.  His overall goal is to achieve a twisted form of godhood and gaining access to the rest of the digital multiverse, only then can he enslave all of creation and for everyone to bow to him. Fatal turns his victims into code puppets and now controls them like a marionette, the only thing they are able to do is whisper for help.
