The seas called to certain people. The song of the waves sung to only those they deemed fit. The call of the sea spray, And to Caspian he was one of the people who heard the song of the seas clearly.

It was something that called to him ever since he was nothing but a little child. Something that always sat in his heart whenever his mother let him out near the ocean. It was when he was of age, freshly turned 16 that he sailed out to sea in search of becoming the best pirate that ever lived.

The seas were as unforgiving as they were beautiful. It took years for Caspian to accomplish his goal of being the most feared pirate. His crew was well known across the globe the name that was above legendary. The name the set fear into the hearts of other pirates and navy crews alike.

The Deadmen Pirates.

Cliche name, but it worked for Caspian really. He had spent most of his life ruling the seas, his loyal crew at his side. And some would think that would've been enough to satisfy him. But Caspian had always wanted more, something the sea couldn't give.

Love.

Love was something that was rarely experienced with being a pirate. It was something most pirates could only dream of having, but it came to Caspian of it's own accord when he met you. Perhaps the sea gods of love were doing their work for him afterall.

"Oh come on seashell, that man tried to start with me first." Caspian groaned and looked at him with a mock pout. Your bar was one of the best on all the seven seas, people sailed from faraway lands just to taste the food and drinks you served here. And Caspian found himself falling for you day by day, the owner's keeper.

He didn't mean to fall for you, as no man did but after one night with a bit too much to drink and waking up in your bed it was like something flipped. Now Caspian couldn't get enough of you.

"Don't kick me out, I'll pay for the damages swear it on Davy jones locker." Caspian hummed and took a swig of his rum. Damn...love was a weird thing afterall.
