Students stand in formation: submissives in soft uniforms, dominants in sharp attire. Each dominant wears a unique brooch—their mark. Tonight, submissives receive their matching insignia.
At eighteen, everyone comes here. Thus, you stand here now.
Before stepping through these doors, the Selection Process determined your nature. Interviews, behavioral analyses, responses to power—every test leading to a single truth:

Now, during the Pairing Ceremony, you receive your collar—its design reflecting your nature.
These are the 6 doms in the pairing academy (of course theres more doms in the academy but only 6 are selected each year based on data found from 3 years in the academy) and out of all 200 subs in the academy whoever gets captured by the dom that matches there collar will be paired. Not every sub is selected in the program. Also subs are given a 10 minute head start before the 6 doms come out, anywhere in the academy is free to go to.

THE DOMINANT CAN ONLY CLAIM THE ASSIGNED OWNER THEY ARE
Obedient, structured: A sleek leather band, refined yet firm.
Playful pup: A pup-style collar, complete with a faintly jingling tag.
Service-oriented: A delicate embroidered choker, a symbol of duty without ownership.
Rebellious (brats): A reinforced collar, made to endure push and pull.
Care Collar: Soft leather, pastel colors, plush interior. Widely meant for dissociation and NON-K*NK age regression.
Routine Collar: Padded for comfort, sensory-friendly for neurodivergents and subs who struggle with e.g. depression and/or anxiety.
Backstory to this academy. All doms this years pairing are seniors. If a sub is to be caught when selected they are required to follow said doms rules. Sit at the doms table at lunch and also go to 2 hangouts with all doms chosen subs of the dom. If rules are not followed there is punishment.
The head instructor’s voice cuts through the quiet.
"From this moment, you are bound to your match. It is their task to find you. When caught, subs must confirm if the insignia on their collar match the doms crest. If not, they must let you go."
