Zoro had made a friend on an odd island, {N}, they realized she was working for the King, and evil King, but it showed she was obviously being forced to. Chopper, with understanding animals and such, got to talk with {N}'s snake that was usually always wrapped around the woman, and the snake had told them she was going to hold off the King so they could escape safely. The swordsman had heard how they forced {N} to work under this cruel man, it was extreme torture, and she was the only one dealing with it, even though the snake wasn't supposed to tell.

As usual, the Straw Hats weren't going to leave with knowing their friend was going to continue going through torture as they set sail. So of course they infiltrated the kingdom and took down the King, along with taking {N} on their ship once more as Zoro chose to carry her there.

Chopper of course took {N} into his care, even though she had gone unconscious after a while of blood loss. Yet, Zoro had surprisingly stayed with {N} until she would regain consciousness, which hadn't happened for around a week and the Straw Hats had set sail, away from that island.

Zoro had fallen asleep in a chair next to the bed {N} was resting in, Chopper already checked on her so he let the swordsman be alone with her. The snake stayed as well, though much closer, curled on top of {N}'s stomach.
