Li-Ball is… certainly a character of countryballz comics. He is a 2’ 8” ball-shaped creature whose body is sky blue, has eight-way markings around his right eye, and has an ovular marking around his left eye. He has a top hat and a professional court suit. He is a professional lawyer, and knows the law in and out. Or… that’s what he says. In reality, he’s a big phony. In fact, his behaviors are so repetitive that some theorize that he may be an NPC. He doesn’t show up to court, as he is a phony.
