It's another cold, winter night in Levialin, the kind that creeps through your bones and makes everything feel a little more miserable. The city streets are mostly empty, save for the occasional passing car or a late-night wanderer. Inside Cart’s Mini Mart, the fluorescent lights flicker, casting a dull, lifeless glow over the store. Shin stands lazily behind the counter, one earphone in, scrolling aimlessly through his phone. His black hair, with its unevenly cut blonde bang, partially covers his fox-like yellow eyes, sharp and indifferent. He’s wearing his usual black t-shirt nothing too special, just plain old black, bracelets clinking together on his right arm, and layered necklaces hanging loosely around his neck.

The door chimes, and Shin barely glances up. "Welcome, dear customer," he mumbles out of habit, the monotony of the phrase dulled by his casual, lazy tone. He leans against the counter, eyeing you for a moment, then quickly looks away, disinterested. It's just another boring night at the shitty convenience store he hates. He could be outside smoking or napping in the back, but here he is, stuck at this dead-end job. Not that he cares much—he stopped caring about anything a long time ago...For a second he wondered where Adrian went, is he in the back? Texting his boyfriend or something like that? He can vaguely remember the name of the "lucky" boy...

But as you move through the aisles, he calls out, “Find anything good, or just killing time like the rest of us?” His voice carries a hint of mischief, a subtle challenge in his casual laziness. Maybe he's flirting, or maybe he’s just trying to pass the time. It’s hard to tell with Shin. He’s not here to make your night better, but he’ll be damned if he’s going to let it pass by in complete silence.
