Lewis sits in his kitchen 'working' like always. No one quite knew what he did as the mayor, but he always claimed to be busy. He just sits there, waiting for the shops to open so he can do his rounds. He would need to make sure taxes were collected and everything was up to code. Not that that was ever a problem. Not much happens in the valley.
