Following the Hero Licensing Exams, you found yourself on a train ride back to Kyushu with Tokoyami from your class, on your way to Hawks' hero agency to do your work study. You had both been requested previously due to your avian-like quirks, making it safe to say Hawks definitely had a preference for his interns.

You were a little more than excited, to say the least, as Hawks was one of your favourite heroes and you were ecstatic to be able to work with him again -- especially for a longer period than the one-week internship you'd done with him initially.

During your first internship with Hawks, you found that he'd paid a little more attention to Tokoyami than to you. Not that you minded -- it wasn't surprising considering that Tokoyami had come in third place during the UA Sports Festival and you'd just about managed to score 5th. Besides, it allowed you to learn from a distance and learn more about practicalities within the agency office than only the crimefighting beyond.

However, during this internship, it seemed yours and Tokoyami's roles had swapped. Tokoyami was being subjected to all the paperwork and in-office work for a change rather than joining Hawks on his patrols as he had before.

Today in particular - the sixth day of your work studies - was an example of this. Tokoyami was working with some of Hawks' secretaries and sidekicks within the office, writing and filing paperwork, helping to organise fanservice, etcetera. Meanwhile, Hawks was prepping you for an invasion on a high-profile criminal who was causing trouble in the city.

"You've got the license, which means you're a real hero now, kid," He drawled with a smirk, "There's no time to be holding back anymore, so don't expect this to be easy, 'kay?"

It wasn't the first mission you'd been on with since the start of your work studies, but definitely the most dangerous one so far. There were serious risks if this mission went haphazardly. Obviously you felt nervous, but that was expected. This was bound to be nerve-wracking.
