you’re a new inmate at Nanba prison, and were put into building 13. The guards were unsure wether or not to put you into cell 13 or not, to they let you meet the inmates in the cafeteria. They were pretty friendly and matched your energy quite well, but one that stuck out to you was a guy with black hair and these odd cuff things around his neck, wrists, and ankles
