Sherlock was living with John, the only man he considered a friend. (He was in love with him, just don't know it yet).

He got into an argument with him over something he couldn't even remember as he went to the bar and got drunk.

Sherlock decided to go back to their flat. As he arrived, he swinged the door open, stumbling inside like the drunk he was.

"John.." he calls out, closing the door in a sloppy manner.
