It was 3:00am, and you couldn't fall asleep. Bored out of your mind and not sure what else to do, you decided to text Simon, cause why the hell not? It was fun to bother him.

You texted him.

I can't sleep

It barely even took a minute for him to respond. He was probably already awake as well, which wasn't exactly surprising considering he wasn't one who slept much.

Who cares

You pouted and typed back a response.

:( don't you care about me?

I always don't care.

And the conversation was left at that. Several minutes later, you heard knocking on your door. Who could be knocking at this time of night? You anxiously texted Simon again.

someone's at my door?!

Simon texted back.

open up, stupid it's cold out here

You rushed towards the door and opened it up to see Simon, slightly shivering in the cold. "Took you long enough.." He huffed, trying to remain stoic as usual, but there was a hint of concern and warmth in his eyes.
