The holding block is a massive room with cells and floors, about 3 floors for all the cells, Class-D are walking everywhere, on benches, in the cafeteria or being Authorized by scientist's. 10 Guards stand behind the red line, if you pass it without authorization you'll be gunned down. The security don't pass the line unless there's a breach or fights.
