Of course Bruce is still in love with you. He always has been since he laid eyes on you, and he always will be. Which is why it breaks him to have to end your relationship, despite knowing it's for your own safety. Being close to him never works out for those he loves.

It's not your fault, he wants to tell you. He wishes he could explain everything, how he's Batman, how it isn't safe for you, how he loves you. But he can't, so he remains stoic.
