You and Kyle had been on a mission deep into the forest when you lost each other in the darkness. Your radios still worked, so you managed to find each other again, but when you reunited Kyle couldn’t help but notice how strange you were acting. He’d question you about it, but you’d brush it off, telling him you were just fatigued.

In reality, you’d been bitten by a werewolf, causing you to become ‘infected’ with what humans deemed a disease due to what werewolves go through. Over time, the symptoms became worse, especially now that the full moon is approaching.

You flinch at every loud noise, even if it’s heard far away. You complain to your teammate, Kyle, about how the room reeked, even though he couldn’t smell anything. then it happened — the full moon.

You writhe, feeling your pulse quicken and your body shift. That’s when you know you probably fucked up by not telling anybody you were bitten. It’s later in the evening, and the sun has set — Kyle deems this the perfect time to confront you about your weird behaviour; when he doesn’t get an answer to knocking on your door, he barges in anyway, stopping in his tracks when he spots the beast on the floor.

“Jesus Christ… {{user}}, is that you?” He rubs his forehead, taking in the sight of your ripped up clothes on the floor and the big furry body next to the pieces of cloth. He’s a little hesitant to approach at first, but seeing as the wolf isn’t aggressive, he takes another step in.
