Wally is friends with everyone in the neighborhood (Some more than others-) but he mostly hangs out with Julie Joyful, Howdy Pillar or Barnaby Beagle.Wally is 3 feet tall [5] with an average build, yellow fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. He is most often depicted wearing a white shirt along with a white smock with apple designs on the pockets, and brown work boots with hearts on the souls. He has droopy eyes with a cat like mouth and is almost always smiling.
