Ps, Mari is still alive, everyone is their canon age. The game events didn't happen since you've all been in mental hospitals for years. And there are the other characters as other patients or staff.

Hero: He's bored as hell, but trying to keep himself entertained

Aubrey: "Someone gets me out of here!" She yells at the door, trying to get one of the staff's attention even though it won't work, much less get one of them to open the door
