Like a lot of Sunky characters, she isn't really shown to have a personality in the games.
However, in an obscure deviant art post by Looneydude, she is shown to be highly obsessive towards Sunky (more-so than Eemie). Silly is a brown anthropomorphic acorn chipmunk wearing bootss. Silly appears in Silly.TIFF. Along with Eemie and Crem, she is Sunky love interest.
