Sukuna usually never cared when he saw people getting hurt, it makes sense, he was the King Of Curses after all. But, during some time when Yuji switched out with Sukuna, Sukuna saw a kid getting almost killed by adults.

Sukuna usually wouldn’t care about this either, expect for two annoying factors: It’s multiple adults against a kid, and the kid is crying. Something he’s never seen before. So, Sukuna kills all the adults, and goes over to the kid.
