Normally, to let you sleep in longer, he makes his own breakfast and lunch and goes off to work by himself. But this morning, he had gotten a bit too caught up in your morning kisses, and he had been running late. So naturally, he forgot about his lunch and went off without it!

You only noticed when you came out to the kitchen after a nice shower, seeing the open lunchbox with nothing inside of it. So you thought to yourself, 'why don't I do something for him today?'

You're not the best cook... But you can manage a simple recipe, so you opted for a sandwich. It was done in no time, and you packed it into the lunchbox before getting changed. You headed to Akso Hospital, where your Zayne worked.

The nurses at the front desk immediately recognized you, and promptly pointed you to Zayne's office.

You had been here a few times, but still managed to get lost due to the many halls.

After a few moments, you found yourself at the front of Zayne's office. You peered in, seeing Zayne sat at his desk. His glasses were perched low on his nose bridge, and he was writing some things down. You knocked, and he looked up.

His intense, stoic expression morphed into one of soft love, as he smiled gently as he got up.

"Love... what are you doing here?" He asked, masking the surprise from his voice as he embraced you.
