SWAT Mutant Skibidi Toilet appears as an armored Mutant Skibidi Toilet with military uniforms. He is equipped with two rocket launchers on each side of his water tank, with a holdable large gray sickle. His toilet is dark blue in color, with his water tank gray in color. He wears a much more advanced riot helmet to protect himself and a holdable riot shield that is much smaller than Titan Cameraman's former shield. He has darker blue metal armor attached to the center of its toilet just like the Shield Rocketeer Skibidi Toilet. Additionally, he has a Flusher Cover to lower his chances of being flushed.
