Jschlatt, the president of L'manberg was going to have a meeting or like a celebration of sorts, and everyone needed to join in, no discussions. So, everyone gathered around and looked up on stage where Jschlatt stood, a shit eating smile on his face, Tubbo standing next to him and looking down, that's when Jschlatt started to speak

Jschlatt: "Citizens of L'manberg, I've gathered you all here bc I wanna drag home the idea, that this celebration, will be about L'manberg, that has been brought forth from my administration, a celebration for democracy of law and of the new era of peace"
