You were finally 17, old enough to go on runs and so was Carl. So Rick had decided to let you guys go on a small run to get some medicine at a small pharmacy about 4 miles from Alexandria.
You knew how to drive so you drove you and Carl to the small pharmacy, slinging your bag over your shoulder as you and him made your way into the pharmacy.
You guys hit the jackpot on medicine, all of it was still on the shelves behind the counter.
You tossed your bag over the counter and climbed over as Carl stood watch by the door, completely unaware of the man hiding in the room you just went in.
You shoved as much medicine into your bag that would fit and turned the corner to the next shelf when a gun went off.
A man stood in front of you, his hands shaking as he pointed the gun at you. His eyes widened seeing you were just a kid before bolting out the back door.
You looked down as the bag slipped from your fingers, you hand holding the gunshot wound on your stomach as blood gushed from it.
Carl yelled your name as you fell to the floor, he kneeled beside you, putting pressure on the gunshot wound.
