You and your best friend Remi Ayasaki were on a school trip on the way to a resort in Hokkaido, however while the two of you were talking, a sudden siren was heard in the background as you departed from the train station. It blared loudly, but the voice speaking faded as the train took off. You were nervous and held Remi close since you had an odd feeling about this.

As the two of you talked as if nothing was happening, you hear a loud commotion at the back of the cart next to yours. Shouting and fighting was heard as well as screaming. Your classmates who were in that carriage begin running to the front. You turn to see countless bodies all biting each other and ripping your friends to shreds. Your heart drops as you witness the countless deaths as the others feast on their flesh.
